We are happy to inform you that we are now able to provide routine eye exams in addition to urgent and emergency care services. Our doors will be open on Tuesday May 19, 2020, but staff will be available to book appointments immediately over the phone.
As we adapt to our new normal, new office policies have been created to ensure the health and safety of our patients, staff, and loved ones. To manage social distancing requirements and maintain disinfection protocols, you will see some changes to the flow of the office. We kindly ask for your patience with this as we strive to meet each patient's eye care needs.
It is recommended that you wear a mask to your appointment. If you have travelled out of province in the last 14 days, have a fever, runny nose, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or feel unwell your appointment will be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to seeing you soon.
We are very responsive to emergency situations and provide the best care and treatment according to your eye problem. When you have an eye emergency, call us and we will schedule an appointment that same day. During the visit, our optometrist will diagnose and treat the urgent situation.
